1 General Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the b bagi platform. By accessing b bagi's services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the service.

• Each mobile number, email address, or payment method may be linked to only one account.
• Once registration is complete, an OTP may be sent to your mobile for verification.
• b bagi reserves the right to reject any registration without stating a reason.

2.2 Account Verification

For withdrawal requests above a certain amount, or for security-related reasons, b bagi may ask for a national identity card or other documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be held until this process is completed.

3 Account Management

Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. Keep your password safe and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

• Operating an account through a third party, or allowing another person to operate your account, is not permitted.
• Account balances may not be transferred to or combined with another user's balance.
• b bagi's services may not be used to collect funds commercially or to run an agency.
• If you forget your password, it can be recovered using your registered mobile number or email address.

You may close your b bagi account yourself at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance beforehand. Once the account is closed, no bonuses or ongoing promotions can be claimed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on b bagi can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — funds sent from a third-party account may be withheld.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will always be sent to the payment method used for the deposit or to the method registered on the account. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank) are all accepted.

• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of insufficient verification or suspicious activity.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processing has begun in the system, it may not be possible to cancel it.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

b bagi offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw, bets worth ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed.
• More than one bonus may not be active at the same time unless the terms of the relevant promotion state otherwise.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may only be applicable to certain game categories — please check the details of each promotion.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• b bagi reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6 Game and Betting Rules

All games on b bagi are provided by third-party software developers. Each game has its own rules, RTP, and payout structure, which are displayed within the game.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and b bagi does not control those results. If there is a dispute over a game result, a decision will be made after reviewing the logs of the relevant game developer.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be cancelled and refunded.
• If a game session is disconnected due to a network problem, the balance will be determined based on the last state saved on the server.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and will not be reconsidered unless there is a technical error.

6.2 Betting Limits

7 User Conduct

Violating any of the above rules may result in the account being immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• Never share your account login details with anyone — b bagi's support team will never ask for your password.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out of your session after use.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
